Cumin-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
Each tenderloin is rubbed in a perfectly balanced blend of herbs and spices, then dry-brined for a minimum of 8 hours before being roasted to perfection. Each serving is a hefty 8 ounces of mouthwatering goodness. Hot or cold this tenderloin is sure to please! Each order comes with 8 ounces of our fresh house-made chimichurri sauce. 2 Serving

Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce
My ultimate comfort food–I have been perfecting this recipe for years to get it exactly the way I wanted. It's chock full of vegetables and a blend of ground beef and pork. Then it's slow-cooked over a low flame for hours until the flavors are perfectly blended. I use a blend of both fresh and dry herbs to get the perfect flavor. Then it's cooled and stored overnight at 35 degrees to give the sauce time to firm up and create an even richer and more complex taste. Each Serving is 8 ounces of sauce. Freezer ready.2 Servings

Grandpa's Meatloaf
The recipe was handed down by my grandfather who swore it was once served at the White House. Of course, I had to play with it to get it just right! House Made Chimichurri Sauce
A blend of fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno come together to make this sauce with a little kick. This herb blend is then emulsified with fine olive oil from The Mighty Olive until it reaches the perfect consistency.
